 I've had the plaesure of working with Rick for the past four years as the Chairman of the Entertainment Committee for
the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon. Rick was instrumental in the growth of our course enterainment for the Mini-Marathon, showing
an increase of 75% over three years. He also helped restructure the committee management to match the growth. He also revamped
the operations plan to meet the growing demands of over 120 groups performing simultaneously along the 13.1 mile course. Rick
is outstanding in his organizational skills and his ability to handle pressure. His knowledge of the entertainment industry
and common sense approach to managing entertainment is a tremendous asset to the Mini-Marathon event management staff. He
